Cancellations:
Cancellations charges are mostly taken for the package bookings done by the customer when they do a cancellation after the taxi arrives at their location. A minimal charges of Rs 250-Rs 300 is charged on cancellations when the customer does/opt for cancellations.

Driver Mishap/Management:
If there is any Irregularity or mishap or misbehaviour is done by the driver, we make sure the same doesn't happen to any travellers in the future and we restrict such drivers for getting further bookings in the future We adhere to a strict management flow for regulations of the drivers.
